If you received your quote through our online inquiry, you can start your shipment through the online order form located when you click book shipment on our webpage.
While it is our intent to deliver all vehicles without damage, we understand that in rare cases accidents do happen. It is important for customers to inspect their vehicles upon receipt. If damage is noticed, customers should contact our office immediately. Damage should be documented on the “Bill of Lading” received from the driver. The time frame for reporting damage is short (7 days). If a report is not made in a timely manner, we will not be able to assist you with the damage.
